Insect Stings

Apis is used for insect stings, especially bee stings.
If you have been stung and the area is red, hot, swollen, and itchy try taking Apis.
Apis should calm it down and stop the itching.
Check to see if there is a sting left in the wound and remove it. Bee stings can also be helped by bathing the sting in bicarbonate of soda and water.
Wasp stings can be helped by the use of vinegar, preferably white vinegar.
The acidic vinegar counteracts the alkaline sting.
It usually draws the wound and takes the heat out of it.
Cold vinegar compresses on the wound can help to soothe it.
