Rhus tox is excellent for sports injuries like sprains, strains and
injuries to the tendons and ligaments.
Sprained, damaged, swollen joints respond
well to Rhus tox.
If there is a lot of bruising you should take Arnica first.
Rhus tox is also good for rheumatic pains, which are worse in damp
cold weather.
If you have painful stiff joints which get worse when you are
resting and better with gentle exercise - then Rhus tox may be the remedy
for you.
Ruta is another useful remedy for tendon injuries and bruised
bones.
If pain is worse at night when lying down and the bones feel bruised
and aching then this remedy may help.
