Grief
Ignatia is a good remedy for grief or emotional shock.
(see also Nat Mur). After a death, loss or if the person is hysterical,
Ignatia can be very calming.
Instead of taking valium or some other type of drug which makes you
sleepy and dulls the mind - you should take Ignatia.
Ignatia allows you to grieve properly and dissipates the emotional
shock without dulling your senses.
You may feel a lump in the throat and have difficulty swallowing.
If you do this remedy should help you.
Another remedy for grief is Natrum mur.
this remedy can also help you cope with emotional hurt as well.
If Ignatia does not help, you may need to take Natrum Mur.
This remedy can help you get over emotional hurt or supressed grief.
If you find you cannot get over something or you can't
grieve properly, the tears won't flow.
If you feel cut off or you have lost
touch with your emotions then Natrum mur may be the remedy for you.
Many people find it difficult to show emotions and this can lead
to them supressing difficult emotions which can lead to physical
symptoms.
If you are this type of person then Natrum Mur may help you.
