Food Poisoning

Arsenicum album or Ars alb is useful for food poisoning.
if you have nausea - vomiting and diarrhoea - take Arsenicum immediately.
Ars alb can help to settle the stomach and shorten the duration of the attack.
Drink plenty of fluids.
In order to avoid a repeat - go to a better restaurant!

Warning:

If symptoms persist you must call a doctor. When you are vomiting and having diarrhoea you lose a lot of water - which can upset your water balance and make you worse. To counteract this drink plenty of fluids.
