Diarrhoea

The remedy Arsenicum album or Ars alb is useful if you have food poisoning and you are vomiting and have diarrhoea.
Take Arsenicum album immediately - it can help to settle the stomach and shorten the duration of the attack.
In order to avoid a repeat - go to a better restaurant!

If symptoms persist you must call a doctor. When you are vomiting and having diarrhoea you lose a lot of water - which can upset your water balance and make you worse. To counteract this drink plenty of fluids.
